I look at your business the way a cold prospect would: starting with your digital presence (website, SEO, social), then your positioning and messaging, then how you compare to competitors in your space. I'm looking for the gap between how you see your business and how the outside world actually experiences it.
Tier 1 covers the full outside-in picture: your digital presence, what AI assistants say about you, a reputation sweep, a mobile-first look at your path to contact, ideal customer fit, a competitive benchmarking table, and a scored scorecard with prioritized recommendations. Tier 2 adds a deep buyer intelligence layer: a detailed profile of your ideal client, a buyer's-view competitive gap analysis, a cross-channel consistency map, a pitch map, messaging ready to use across all media, and a recorded 10-minute walkthrough of your findings. Tier 3, the Complete Audit, adds a mystery-shop of your own inquiry experience, expanded competitor benchmarking, a recorded strategy debrief, a prioritized first-90-days plan, and a 30-day score recheck of the areas you act on; it's by application with limited slots each month.
A written report delivered to your inbox. Not a slide deck, not a recording of a call. A document you can read on your own time, reference later, and hand directly to anyone on your team.
The report is specific to your business. Not a template with your name swapped in. Every recommendation is prioritized and explained, so you know what to address first and why.
Tier 1 is delivered within 7 business days of purchase. Tier 2 within 10 business days. Tier 3, the Complete Audit, within 15 business days of approval, given the added depth, the mystery-shop, and the recorded debrief. There's no scheduling step: the clock starts when you check out, or, for Tier 3, when your application is approved.
If something comes up on my end that affects your timeline, I'll let you know before the deadline, not after.
No. That's the point. You fill out the intake form, I go to work. You don't need to schedule anything, make yourself available for check-ins, or wait on a call to find out what I found. The report shows up in your inbox when it's done.
The Complete Audit (Tier 3, $5,000) is the deepest version. On top of everything in Tier 2, it includes a mystery-shop of your own inquiry experience, where I reach out as a prospect and grade what actually happens, plus expanded competitor benchmarking, a recorded strategy debrief that walks you through the findings, a prioritized first-90-days plan, and a 30-day score recheck: about a month after delivery, I re-score the areas you acted on so you can see the movement in numbers.
It's by application with limited slots because the debrief and mystery-shop take more of my direct time, so I take on only a few each month. You submit a short application with no payment, I review it personally, and I email you within two to three business days to confirm fit, timing, and payment. If it isn't the right fit, I'll say so and point you to the tier that is.
Service businesses, consultants, coaches, agencies, and small-to-mid-size companies who sell to other businesses or to discerning consumers. Businesses where the sale depends on trust, credibility, and positioning, not just price or convenience.
If your business relies on referrals and you're trying to reach people who don't already know you, this audit is built for exactly that situation.
No, and that's intentional. An outside-in perspective is most useful when I'm not already inside your industry's assumptions. I've worked across professional services, healthcare-adjacent businesses, creative agencies, retail, logistics, and more. The fundamentals of how a business looks to the outside world don't change much by industry.
It depends on where you are. If you're still figuring out your offer or haven't launched yet, you'll get more value from foundational strategy work first. This audit is most useful when you have something in the market and you're trying to understand why it isn't landing the way you expected, or when you're ready to grow beyond your existing network and need to know what the outside world actually sees.
Often, yes. Businesses that are doing well on referrals frequently have significant gaps in how they look to people who don't already know them. If you're ready to grow beyond your network, speak at a conference, raise your prices, or attract a different caliber of client, this audit shows you what you're working with before you invest in outreach or campaigns.
After payment, your audit goes straight into my queue. No scheduling step, no date picker, one less thing for you to do.
The report is delivered to your inbox within 7 business days of purchase (10 for Tier 2), and the Complete Audit within 15 business days of approval. No check-ins or meetings needed from you in between, unless I have a clarifying question.
Because a discovery call isn't how I do my best work, and it's not actually what you need. What you need is an honest look at your business from the outside. That's more valuable when I approach it the way a cold prospect would: starting with what's publicly visible, not with what you've told me to look for.
The intake form gives me everything I need to do the work. If I have a clarifying question after I've started, I'll email you.
Yes. Reply directly to the delivery email and I'll answer clarifying questions about the report. This isn't an open-ended consulting engagement, but I'm not going to leave you stuck on something I wrote. If your questions point toward more substantial work, I'll let you know what that looks like.
Occasionally I need a clarifying detail mid-audit. If I reach out and don't hear back within 48 hours, your delivery timeline pauses until I do. I'll confirm your updated delivery date once I have what I need.
This protects both of us. I'm not going to rush through your audit with missing information, and you're not waiting on a deadline that's already on hold.
Not without your permission. Client privacy matters to me, and I know that for some businesses, bringing in outside help is something they'd rather keep private. If you'd prefer total discretion - no mention of your name, your company, or the work we did together - that's completely respected, no explanation needed.
If you're open to being referenced, I may ask. But the default is always privacy first.
A number of clients do. If the audit surfaces work you'd like help implementing, reach out and we can talk through what that looks like. There's no upsell built into this process and no expectation that you'll hire me again. The report is designed to be actionable on its own.
Clear terms, no surprises.
You may cancel within 24 hours of submitting your intake form for a full refund, no questions asked. For the Complete Audit (Tier 3), which is invoiced after your application is approved, the same 24-hour, no-questions-asked window runs from when you pay the invoice, before any work begins.
After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable. Work is typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your tier. If I need additional information during the audit and you don't respond within 48 hours, your delivery timeline pauses until I hear back.
If you have concerns about your report after delivery, reply to the delivery email. I stand behind this work.

The Outside-In Audit is strategic business analysis based on publicly available information and the context you provide. It is not legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, or any form of regulated professional counsel.
Recommendations in the report reflect my professional judgment as a business consultant. They are not guarantees of any specific outcome. You are responsible for evaluating the recommendations and deciding how to apply them to your business.
