We offer strategic business consulting services, specifically the Outside-In Audit, through this website. This policy applies to information collected through kristapatrick.com and any associated booking or payment flows.

What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use our services:

• Contact information: your name and email address when you reach out or complete a booking
• Business information: details about your business, website, industry, target customers, and challenges, provided through the intake form
• Booking information: your chosen audit start date and related scheduling details
• Payment information: billing details submitted at checkout - these are processed directly by Wave and are not stored by us (see Third Parties below)

We do not use website analytics tools, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what is necessary to serve the site itself.

How we use your information

Information you provide is used solely to:

• Conduct your Outside-In Audit and deliver the written report
• Communicate with you about your audit, including clarifying questions and delivery confirmation
• Process your payment through our payment provider
• Respond to questions or concerns you contact us about

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or contact you with unsolicited marketing.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party tools to operate this service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

How long we keep your information

We retain your intake form responses and audit-related communications for as long as necessary to deliver the service and handle any follow-up questions, typically no longer than two years after your audit is delivered.

Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes, per Stripe's data retention policies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information where we are not legally required to retain it.

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Sensitive data such as payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Wave) and are never transmitted to or stored on our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
